On this page you can find details about how Lily Lane Primary School supports children with Special Educational Needs.
Help for families
What Help and Support is available for the Family?
Our SENCO, Michelle Leak, is able to help with medical or disability forms, or paperwork to do with annual reviews, Individual Health and Care Plans or Education Health and Care Plans. Parents can ask to see the SENCO or ring school to speak to her.
The SENCO has information about Special Educational Needs and parents may arrange to see her or speak to class teachers.
At Lily Lane, our inclusion team are always happy to help with any concerns or questions you have about your child. If you are looking for advice or information for any area of special education needs, safeguarding or general health, you might find our new Parent Information Padlet helpful. This will be updated regularly with new information, advice and upcoming events etc that you may be interested in.
